How to Schedule a Mental Health Appointment
To arrange an appointment, you can either send a text to 305-298-6561 or email DrLoraColeman@gmail.com.
When we make an appointment, I will need a picture of your insurance card and date of birth to check insurance benefits.
Please also forward your email address and I will send you office paperwork.
You can complete that paperwork and email it back to me. OR, you can bring it- completed and signed- to our first session.
