Spiritual Direction offers you a Sacred Space to Deepen Your Relationship with the Divine If you are seeking a deeper connection with the Divine or you want to better understand how Spirit is “showing up” in your life, Spiritual Direction can support your path. Through exploring information you receive through prayers, meditation, contemplation, dreams, synchronicities, the mundane and your desires and goals, Spiritual Direction can assist in you in hearing how the Divine is communicating and guiding you. As Spiritual Director, I am a Companion and act as a holy listener and a witness to your spiritual journey. Spiritual Companioning is deep listening, for the deep messages. I walk with you as you listen to the quiet, guiding voice of the Divine within your own life. Spiritual Direction can offer you contemplative tools and exploration of Global Mystic Paths, if you desire to increase your tools for connecting with the Divine more fully. Mystic techniques go beyond religion doctrine, beyond dogma and allow you to connect directly to the love and direction of the Divine. If you do practice a religion, Spiritual Direction may enhance your religious experiences. Spiritual Direction often reflects on the following questions: • Who is God for me right now? • Who am I for God? • What is Spirit stirring in me right now? • Where is my soul being drawn? Spiritual direction supports those who are: • In a time of spiritual questioning or seeking • Longing for deeper intimacy with the Divine • Navigating a spiritual awakening or transformation • Needing a companion on their spiritual journey • Experiencing silence or distance in their relationship with God What to Expect In a Spiritual Direction session, we will focus on what is happening for you in the moment. You may be invited to speak directly to Spirit through prayer or meditation and then listen. I don’t give answers — I help you stay in conversation with Spirit so that you understand them. We might sit in silence. We might pray. We might explore your dreams, images, emotions, or inner nudges, dreams, signs and visions. You remain the seeker — I am simply a Companion on the way. And I am honored to be so. Pricing: Honorarium Sliding Scale $45-$130 per one 50-60 minutes session.
